1. Information We Collect

QuantSignal Research is committed to respecting your privacy. We collect minimal telemetry necessary to operate high-availability API infrastructure:

• Account Registration Data: Name, work email address, and hashed authentication tokens.
• API Usage Telemetry: Endpoint request rates, response latency logs, and IP address headers for rate limiting and fraud prevention.
• Payment Information: Billing data processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We never store raw credit card numbers.

2. Data Encryption & Storage

All data transmitted between your trading software and QuantSignal servers is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption. Internal database stores encrypt sensitive configuration values using AES-256 GCM.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade subscriber personal data or trading telemetry to third parties or proprietary trading desks under any circumstances.
